15 Bengal's @ Colts L 16-34 |
| Setting
the scene: A week 15 Monday night game with playoff implications
of major magnitude. What else do you need to say. The Colts are fighting
to have a bye in the first round of the playoffs and possibly home
field advantage threw out the playoffs. The Bengal's are fight for
our playoff life's, even though if the season ended today we would
be the #5 seed. These are two teams headed in the opposite directions. The Bengal's are hot, the Colts have went cold. I think Rudi Johnson and the Bengal's commitment to the run along with the Bengal's overall defensive play will determine the outcome of this game. Personal opinion, this will be the best Monday night football game of the year. Hopefully the NFL will recognize and give the Bengal's more prime time games next season. Outcome: Very disappointing loss. Good news though. The Bengals are still in the drivers seat for the wild card and we can clinch a wild card spot this Sunday at Denver. |
