| Pre
game Thoughts: Deltha
O’Neal (shoulder) and Keiwan Ratliff (ribs) didn’t practice
Wednesday and Thursday and are listed as questionable. Ratliff did
practice but remains questionable. O'Neal did not, indicating Johnathan
Joseph gets another start. Middle
linebacker Brian Simmons (neck) practiced for the first time this
week Friday, but also remained questionable. Left tackle Levi Jones
(knee) has been downgraded to doubtful.
Injuries, injuries, injuries. Nothing new for the 2006 Cincy Bengal's.
Bottom line, if the Bengal's lost to the Cleveland Browns Sunday
at Cleveland, kiss the playoffs goodbye. The is a game we should
win and absolutely can not afford to loose. Who Dey!
Outcome:
I have watched almost every Bengal's game since 1992 and I have never
seen the Bengal's shut a team out before. This was actually the Bengal's
first shutout since 1989. Needless to say, I have not seen the Bengal's
dominate to many times like this and I highly enjoyed the football
I saw the Bengal's play. I found this game very refreshing to watch.
I do want to mention Chris Perry, he is injured once again and is
out for the year. talk about a guy who can not get a break on the
field. Get well Chris, hopefully next year you will stay healthy for
16 games and play like I know you can. |
